About Gulf Coast Educators Federal Credit Union

Gulf Coast Educators Federal Credit Union got its start in 1948 when it was granted a federal charter under the name Pasadena School FCU. Since that time, the credit union has expanded its membership to include employees who work regularly in the educational industry in the counties of Harris, Galveston, or Brazoria in Texas.

To join, you simply need to meet the membership criteria and pay a $5 membership fee. Once you’re a member, you can not only take advantage of all of the benefits the credit union has to offer, but you never have to worry about the security of your deposits because funds are insured by the NCUA for up to $250,000.
